It is the month before Christmas, and all through the house.
Many things are stirring, including the mouse.
One elf is fed up with overwork and bad pay.
So they're forming a union, without delay!

'Twas The Labour Dispute Before Christmas is a solo-journaling game about union organization and workplace justice.

Playing as one of Santa's elves, it is your job to unionize your workplace before Christmas day.

But it is going to be an uphill struggle, as not only do you have to convince the other elves to join you, you also need to contend with Santa trying to undo your hard work.

As you work to build this union, you'll consider just why Santa's workshop is a bad place and how it can be improved.

And these thoughts can be taken into the real world, helping you look at your workplace in a new light and giving you a chance to think about unionizing in a safe, low-pressure environment.

To play this game you will need:

  • A Table Or Flat Surface
  • 2 Decks Of Playing Cards
  • A Double-Sided Printout Of The Revolution/Repetition Card Sheet
  • Journaling Implement
