Up In The Air, In Our Dirigible

The sky is a glorious place to be. Sailing above the clouds, gracefully floating over towns and cities. There really is nothing like it.

So, when you and your friends were invited to participate in a global hot air balloon race, you couldn't say no!

A few days later, you and your crew loaded up the balloon and rose into the air, keen to take on any challenge that comes your way. 

Of course, this race will not be easy as you'll need to stop for supplies, find the best route, and keep your balloon in the air. 

Up In The Air, In Our Dirigible is a rules-lite world-building game inspired by travelogues and classic adventure stories like Around the World in 80 Days. 

During play, players will create cities and then explore them. While they explore, they will try to complete tasks before the balloon takes off and carries them to a new city. 

However, be careful! If the group fails to complete their objectives, the balloon will slowly deflate, and you might end up stranded! 

This game was created for the One-Page RPG Jam 2022, focusing on the theme of Exploration!
